The apartment exceeded all expectations! It's superbly renovated, impressively clean, and exudes comfort. The bright and airy atmosphere makes it even better. A huge shoutout to the host, Giacomo, who truly went above and beyond. He picked me up from the train station, provided two bikes for easy exploring, and was consistently available for assistance. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön, sehr sauber, alles wie beschrieben und liegt in einer sehr guten Lage in Querceta. Wenn man dem großen Massentourismus am Meer entgehen möchte, dann ist man hier genau richtig! Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße mit vielen kleinen Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs (Fisch, Metzger, Bäcker). Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants unweit der Wohnung. Giacomo hat uns hier sehr gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es Bankautomaten, Eisdielen, kleine Café -Bars, einen "Carrefour-Einkaufsmarkt", der fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Am Samstag findet immer ein kleiner Markt statt. Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Haus bzw. in direkter Nähe immer verfügbar. Wer es etwas turbulenter möchte, nimmt die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder und radelt damit an die Promenade (ca. 15 Minuten auf dem Radweg). Это идеальное жилье и расположение для отдыха на море. Я провела отличную неделю в этом городе. Мне понравилось, что я могла добраться до моря за 15 минут, и в другой город Pietrasanta тоже 15 минут. Рестораны рядом все очень вкусные и по цене дешевле, чем в других ближайших городах, но намного вкуснее. Giacomo и Emanuela встретили меня очень гостеприимно. Они отвечали на все мои вопросы быстро и всегда помогали во всем. Водили меня завтрак и ужин, были очень интересными. У меня остались самые теплые впечатления от жилья и хозяев. Facilissimo da raggiungere, posizione strategica per gli spostamenti sia in auto che eventualmente in bici. L’appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla e comoda a 5 minuti dal mare. Mi sono sentita coccolata poiché i proprietari hanno avuto una particolare attenzione per i dettagli (dal kit di cortesia del bagno a qualche bevanda e spuntino all’interno del frigo). We had an outstandingly great experience staying at Giacomo’s apartment. The area between the mountains and the sea is quiet with some very nice restaurants, bakeries, supermarket etc. in minimal walking distance. A free beach is reachable very fast using the two bikes that Giacomo provides within ~10-15min; Forte dei Marmi and payed beaches within a few minutes. For us it was perfect and as a lot of people bike, you feel nicely integrated into the community. The apartment was super clean and perfectly as described in the listing. All important things were there.Last but not least, Giacomo and his wife who live in the same building are great hosts who shared very good recommendations for anything we asked, welcomed us with fruits, some even freshly picked from their own garden. When we arrived Giacomo helped us find a free car parking spot right in front of the apartment. They were proactive and attentive to help with anything they can.
